Villas Boas : We are not ready for title challenge

The Spurs manager is pleased with Tottenham recent signings on the summer transfermarket , but he thinks is to early for his team to think about the title.

Spurs spent linke €120mln this summer , buying world class players like : Erik Lamela, Roberto Soldado and Paulinho, while sending Gareth Bale to Real Madrid in a world-record €100m deal.

Villas Boas thinks that will take time for the new-look squad to gel together.

" We did great signins , but it still early. They need to get used to each other before we can try to challenge about Premier League title." - says Villas Boas.

He continiued - "I think we have invested a lot in young players that have real potential. Obviously we will have to work with them to make sure they develop into the world stars that we think they can become."
