A Draw to decide Fenerbahçe replacement

The UEFA Emergency Panel has decided that all losing teams in the UEFA Europa League play-offs will enter a draw on Friday to decide who replaces Fenerbahçe SK in the group stage.
The Emergency Panel decided that all the teams that are eliminated in the play-off round of the UEFA Europa League today will enter a draw to randomly select the team replacing Fenerbahçe in the 2013/14 UEFA Europa League group stage draw.

This replacement draw will take place in Monaco on Friday 30 August at 09.00CET
Meanwhile Shakhtar Karagandy is warned too of being fired from any european competition.
